Accessibility Statement

HSBI aims to make its website https://www.hsbi.de/en accessible in accordance with German legislation designed to implement Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council on barrier-free access to the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies

This statement on accessibility applies to the website of HSBI, which can be accessed via entry link https://www.hsbi.de/en

Compilation of this Accessibility Statement

This statement was written on 21 October 2020.

Our website has been independently verified via a Barrier-Free Information Technology Ordinance (BITV)  test by a third party in accordance with WCAG 2.1.

The statement was last checked on 11 January 2021.

Status of compatibility with the requirements

This website is partially compatible with the Federal and State Disability Equality Acts (BGG & LGG), the Barrier-Free Information Technology Ordinance (Barrierefreie-Informationstechnik-Verordnung -BITV) and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.

Supporting statement

HSBI has an extensive web presence of several hundred websites. Most of the websites were published before 23 September 2018. However, due to the disproportionate burden imposed by German national and regional equality laws, the site is not yet fully accessible. Accessibility will be technically implemented in stages.
